Near infrared has the shortest wavelength & will be absorbed just below the skin's surface, creating sweat that promotes healing & revitalization. Mid infrared is a longer wavelength that can penetrate deeper into the body’s soft tissue, increasing circulation and releasing oxygen to reach injured areas. Far infrared has the longest wavelength and penetrates fat cells, causing vasodilation; the fat cells vibrate to expel toxins, resulting in the highest levels of detoxification & stimulate your metabolism to aid weight loss.
